Armfield Farm is a community of 470 homes located in western Fairfax County. Our neighborhood is situated between Centreville Road and Lees Corner Road, just north of Route 50. Armfield Farm is accessible through one entrance off Centreville Road and three entrances along Lees Corner Road.

What's New

Summer 2010 Newsletter and HOA Board Meeting Minutes are now available.

Monthly Board Meeting Rescheduled
The July 2010 HOA Board of Directors meeting will now take place on July 29th at 7pm at Capitol Property Management. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Armfield Farm Family Pool Party
August 7, 2010 from 5-9pm
We will have food and lots of fun. Bring your own drinks.

Contractor Signage

The number of home repair signs in totally out of control in our community. We need homeowners to immediately remove them from their front yards and put them inside. Our HOA guidelines only allow for signs to be up during the actual work and for seven days afterwards. We define work as an actual team, physically on-site repairing the home. It does NOT include the period of time between the initial inspection and when the work begins.

We will be sending out violation letters to homeowners that do not remove the signs and will be calling those homeowners to a special hearing in front of the HOA board and assessing charges of $10/day.

In addition to the $10/day charge you will also lose access to the pool and tennis courts until the sign is removed and verified.

I hate to be so forceful about this, but things have gotten out of hand.

Thanks for your quick attention to this matter.

Community Parking District
On May 25, 2010, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing (timestamp 1:03) and approved the Armfield Farm Community Parking District. Once notices have been posted at the entrances in the neighborhood, the CPD prohibits the parking of watercraft, motor homes, campers, trailers, vehicles greater than or equal to 3 axles, vehicles with a GVWR greater than or equal to 12,000 lbs., and vehicles transporting greater than or equal to 16 passengers (except school buses) on public streets in residentially zoned areas. Vehicles parked in violation are subject to a $75 fine for each violation and may be towed at the owner's expense. Exemptions include: vehicles used by federal, state or local public agencies to provide services; commercial vehicles discharging passengers, performing work or providing services; vehicles temporarily parked, for up to 48 hours, for the purpose of loading, unloading or preparing for a trip. See the Code of the County of Fairfax, Chapter 82, Article 5B for more on the program and exemptions.
