Contractor Signage
The number of home repair signs in totally out of control in our community.
We need homeowners to immediately remove them from their front yards and
put them inside. Our HOA guidelines only allow for signs to be up during
the actual work and for seven days afterwards. We define work as an actual
team, physically on-site repairing the home. It does NOT include the period
of time between the initial inspection and when the work begins.
We will be sending out violation letters to homeowners that do not remove
the signs and will be calling those homeowners to a special hearing in front
of the HOA board and assessing charges of $10/day.
In addition to the $10/day charge you will also lose access to the
pool and tennis courts until the sign is removed and verified.
I hate to be so forceful about this, but things have gotten out of hand.
Thanks for your quick attention to this matter.
