HOA Management

Interfacing closely with the residents, owners, Board of Directors and outside contractors, Capitol Property Management performs a vital role in the development of efficient and pleasant living environments. The property management company does the following:

  • Provides regular inspections of the property and makes recommendations to the Board as to necessary improvements;
  • works with the community's Board of Directors and committees to ensure contractor performance compliance;
  • solicits, analyzes, and negotiates bids for service and repair contracts for the buildings and grounds.

We know the unique requirements of community association management, and
approach each of our clients with dedication and commitment to meet their
specific needs.

One of the main objectives of property management is to protect and enhance the owners' investment, all the while making the community a pleasant place to live. Our management approach is to provide an efficient, responsive mechanism for the proper attention to and resolution of all matters that fall within the jurisdiction of the association. The company is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and holds the CAI designation of AAMC and the Property Management Association (PMA).
