Capital Improvements

This year has been focused on the pool area with new tables, umbrellas, chairs, sinks, countertops, restroom tiling, and restroom lighting.  Additionally, the volleyball court and tennis courts have been resurfaced and repaired.  The HOA Board goes through extensive efforts to balance the community interests (per your previous survey responses and direct feedback), competitive bids, and seeking the best value in using your assessment fees.
